The room was well-maintained, offering great views over the city. The staff were accommodating and provided exceptional service, which contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. Convenient parking options were appreciated during our stay.
The lack of sound isolation was shocking. we could hear other guests yelling in the hallways late into the night. Additionally, it was frustrating that there was no elevator to the fifth floor, requiring us to haul our bags up stairs after a long day of exploring Munich.

let's start with the fact that I had to walk up the stairs to the fifth floor, which was just ridiculous. The noise from drunk tourists kept me awake both nights, not to mention the lack of air conditioning. I expected a welcoming gesture for my trouble but got nothing. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

My stay at Westend Hotel was delightful! The room, although cozy, was clean and well-decorated, adding to the charm of the experience. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of options at a wonderful price of just 8 euros, making it a real treat each morning.
Rooms could be more spacious.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. The staff even helped me with sim cards during my first stay. I recommend asking for a room away from the elevator for better quietness. I'm coming back for a business trip.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay with our family dog. The breakfast was a real winner, with endless choices at an unbeatable price. Plus, the nearby bakery got a thumbs up from the kids! Easy walk to parks and public transport made our vacation smooth and fun.
In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could use a little more space for families.

The Double or Twin Room was comfy with clean decor and a cozy setup. The bed really stood out—definitely a great night’s sleep! Plus, having a fridge was super handy. The staff was really quick to help with any questions about our stay. The free coffee and tea all day was a nice touch too! Just wish the room was a bit more soundproof since we could occasionally hear other guests in the hallway.
